Newly built town/harbor with sea swimming within walking distance with good shopping opportunities as well as a restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen. 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located home, which is 5 min from the city square and activities and also a 5 min walk to the beach. The house has 162 sqm in ground plan, and an additional 30 sqm loft and room on the 1st floor. The heart of the house is a large kitchen-living room of about 90 sqm, where there is plenty of space for everyone. There is a trampoline and all outdoor facilities to enjoy the summer in beautiful Marielyst. Consumption is charged individually and separately Electricity: DKK 4.00 Per KWh Water: 100 DKK Per m3

Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).
