For nature lovers, it is the ideal starting point for discovering Fischland, Darß, Zingst, the Darßwald and the endless beaches. Rostock, Warnemünde or Ahrenshoop are not too far away. For bathers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers, culture seekers, cyclists...

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Little Cottage am Saaler Bodden

Our lovingly furnished thatched semi-detached house is located in Neuendorf-Heide, a small village on the Saaler Bodden between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The former farmhouse, built in 1850, offers 125 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of land for 5 people. The 3 floors of the cottage and the 3 shared gardens offer space for togetherness, but also retreats to relax. A day at the beach ends with the joy of a cozy home.

For stressed city dwellers, the 120 sqm "Haus am Bodden" with a huge garden is the ideal place to unwind, feel good and relax. This beautiful domicile in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach and welcomes from the 15th July the first holiday guests. The architect's house offers you not only a breathtaking view of the sea from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
