The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

This apartment is the oldest part of the listed thatched roof house (1727) and has a separate entrance. It has a terrace and a parking space. During the complete renovation in 2003, the old components were preserved. The old, fascinating building substance such as clay walls, captain windows, and beam ceilings were preserved and combined with today's living standards. This apartment is suitable for 3 people. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
