The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk to the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1.8 km away, Międzywodzie is about 2 km away, by a pedestrian and bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.

The apartment is in the attic of the house. The owner lives on the ground floor. Dear guests, we welcome you very warmly in our old fishing house Lüder in Zecherin, at the Baltic Sea. But old is only a nostalgic term. Who knows our fishermen's apartments 1 and 2, knows - we work with love to the detail.
