My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Equipped with a pretty fridge, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, dripper & coffee filters. There is a wooden private terrace made for morning yoga flow. Bathrooms & kitchen are shared with the rest of our campsite community. At our neighbors "BOKA" restaurant you can get pizza napoletana & natural wines.

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The proximity of such cities as Szczecin. After an eventful day, you can light a bonfire, cook sausages, and enjoy the rural peace. Complementary Swimming Poll open from July 10 till September 15th. The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
