Our settlement is located 600 meters from the picturesque beaches of the Baltic Sea, in the vicinity of restaurants and numerous attractions. At the same time, it is distant from the main thoroughfare, which makes it peaceful and quiet. We are confident that staying here will satisfy both lounging enthusiasts and people who like sports and movement.

For barbecues you can use the spacious terrace. Wi-Fi is available everywhere.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Apartment with private terrace

The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate access and its own little piece of garden.... You have your rest with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours of the entire island There are rarely buses....
