The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Joschko with step-free interior is located in Winterberg and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 61 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer, a game console as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Our apartment (65 m²) is located in Winterberg village of Niedersfeld, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm and a guest room with two single beds 90x100cm and balcony. Niedersfeld is an air spa with a lake, ski lift, hiking trails and mountain bike opportunities. The apartment also includes three bikes, sledges, one parking space in front of the garage. Bed linen and one towel per person per stay, shower gel, toilet paper is provided.

The Alte Mühle is idyllically located surrounded by meadows and forests in a valley sink in the middle of the countryside. The rippling creek flows right past the house and spoils with a relaxing water acoustics. The absolute secluded location ensures peace and privacy, but is at the same time an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming at the beautiful dams of the Sauerland, skiing or the many action activities in the Sauerland.

Our guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. Near the lung clinic (approx. 3 minutes' walk) and the city center (about 5 minutes' walk). Bed linens or corkscrew, everything is available. All shops and very good restaurants nearby. Bus station - 5 minutes' walk Highway A 46 - 5 minutes by car Parking spot outside the house. Check-in window 3 PM - 8 PM (later only by appointment)

Parking space on the donkey pasture

You will be standing with your camper/caravan at the end of our donkey pasture in a parking space for you surrounded by colorful flower trees and a small vegetable and herb bed. In the evening sun you can watch our donkeys and totally unwind. From here you are only a few steps away from our farm.
