The Hillebachsee, the Niedersfelder Hochheide and the Rothaarsteig are in the immediate vicinity. The ski areas of Winterberg, Eschenberg and Willingen are just a few minutes away. The road in front of the house leads in 300m to the lake, where you can swim and water ski in summer. Behind the house is immediately the forest, which extends to the Hochheide and the Rothaarsteig.

Please inform yourself on the internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes, even in summer. The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Your studio stands out for itself, only an internal staircase we share. The whole environment is a dream for hiking, marveling at heaven, and dreaming.

The house has been completely renovated and completely newly furnished. Size: approx. 50 m². Rooms: Living room and open kitchen, sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, TV. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) Bathroom with walk-in shower Balcony: With table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Not visible from the outside.

The bathrooms are renovated, and the living room has also received a new furnishings. If you want, you can relax in a cozy house on the lake. Access to the house is accessible via stairs. The house located between the towns of Meschede and Eslohe, right on Lake Hennesee, with many tourist attractions and opportunities in the surrounding area. In the winter months you can ski in Bödefeld or Winterberg and in summer cycling, swimming, hiking, etc.
