Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Goldilocks Chalet is a warm family chalet, quietly located in the Heidedorf near Winterberg 🌿. You have a lot of privacy and unobstructed views, while you are about 10 minutes by car from the ski lifts, restaurants and the center. We have furnished the chalet with families in mind: the beds are made, and toys, a trampoline, foosball, a baby bed and a high chair are already available 🧸. Inside, you will find a complete kitchen with Bora induction, a wood-burning stove and a lovely Wintergarten.

The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

A special setting for your special occasion – a milestone birthday or the yearly reunion of eight friends. Winterberg lies at 700 metres, and from November it turns white, with snow or frost on the trees. You go skiing or walk through the white forest. Then you come back to our wellness house, which is yours alone for these days: barrel sauna in the garden, wood-fired hot tub, salt room indoors. Outside the air is cold, the water reaches 38 degrees, and inside the fire is burning.

Hüttenzauber - lovely vacation home

The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The 2 single beds in the anteroom can be built together to form a 160 bed

Haus am Wilde Aar can accommodate up to 16 people. This vacation home is part of a half-timbered farmhouse from 1880 that was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. The vacation home has a large garden directly on the stream and is very suitable for families and friends with children. You can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings during your stay. Thanks to the spacious layout of the house, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and relax together.

Directly on the Rothaarsteig at 800 meters altitude, the Asten-Lodge is located in the middle of a 7000 sqm large natural property. The idyllic house can accommodate six people in three double rooms and is ideal for couples and families. There is a barrel sauna and outdoor shower in the garden. In the certified five star cottage in the middle of nature, far from noisy streets, you can spend a relaxing time with family or friends.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Apartment Marlis

Bright new and modern furnished apartment (50 m²) with large terrace (garden furniture) in a south-west location and cozy flair in a quiet location with separate entrance. For 2-4 people (person 3 & 4 sofa bed) on the outskirts of Winterberg. Perfect for 2 people, with 4 people it is tight. A dog costs 20 euros per stay and must be paid with the tourist tax on site. Linens and towels are included.
