Wir selbst verbringen lieber Zeit in AirBnBs, in denen wir nach Lust & Laune kochen können, als dass wir in Hotels abhängen wollen. Wenn man also für einen gewissen Zeitraum bei umliegenden Firmen (wie z.B. Kärcher, AMG, Stihl, Daimler, Bosch, Porsche, Höfliger…) arbeitet, ist unsere Wohnung vielleicht auch das Richtige für Dich?!

Our apartment (about 30 m²) consists of 1 living/bedroom with integrated small kitchenette. Here you can prepare breakfast or a small dinner. Experience has shown that it is unsuitable for guests who like to cook, as the sleeping area is in the same room. The shower room (with rain shower) is for private use. The apartment is good for individuals. A second person can stay 1-3 nights on the sofa bed. A car is an advantage in our quiet residential area.

Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

The pedestrian area of the old town with various shopping facilities is a 10-minute walk.

The bus leaves right outside the door in a few minutes to Winnenden and those who want can continue to Stuttgart by S-Bahn. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 m x 2 m). Another sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living room.

There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.

For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.
