We're just 5 mins from Swansea stadium, 10-15 minutes from the beach, Swansea arena and the city centre, 20 mins from Margam Country Park, and it's a walk or short drive to local shops and supermarkets. The bus stop into town is a 3 min walk from the house. Ideal if you're looking to explore Swansea, Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular.
