Whether skiing, hiking, city strolls in Rosenheim or a day trip to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck, the location is perfect! (Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
