The Way of St. James even leads past the house. The Mangfall is only a 15-minute walk away, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and stretches over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
