ATTENTION: at the moment we have a sight restriction through an emergency staircase. Studio apartment in the spa center of Westerland. The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und sehr klein (ca. 34m2, 1,5 Zimmer) und wurde zuletzt im Januar 2022 renoviert. Einbauküche, Ökodesignboden (phtalatfrei) und Elektrik wurden 2017 erneuert. Für alle geeignet, die am Rande von Westerland sein möchten und denen der "Charme einer Gelbklinkerwohnanlage "Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22" nichts ausmacht. Kleiner Südwestbalkon vorhanden. Parkplatz. Bettwäsche/Handtücher/Geschirrtuch muss mitgebracht werden optional gegen Aufpreis 20 Euro pro Person.

Cozy studio apartment with heart, close to the beach!

Moin Moin, We rent this studio in the immediate beach - as well as close to the city.( approx. 22 sqm)in the B.BehrensHaus. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. You can park this for free in one of the side streets. Please read full description!

Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

Apartment 2 minutes to the beach of Westerland

2-room apartment/south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment house with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 min. walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 min. to the Syltness Center/ Kurmittelhaus, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian area is about a 8-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
