Who hasn't dreamed of a night in a tree house as a child? We want to share this experience with you! Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

Perfect location on Sylt. Our apartment is 15 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach behind the dune. We have bright, friendly and modern furnishings with dishwasher and south balcony and Wi-Fi. Ideal for families with children or couples. Since we rarely come to Sylt, we occasionally rent it out. The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator. We renovated in January 2025 and newly furnished the apartment. In January 2026, we completely renovated the bathroom.

Workation asked? Welcome to the open roof floor of our completely renovated country house in a secluded location in the bird sanctuary on the Danish border ... wild geese guaranteed. Up here you will be slowed down. Just come up - with time for yourself or for two. Dogs are also very welcome - space and nature without borders! And the fast fiber optic cable ensures the best internet connection. You don't need to bring much with you. Everything is ready.

Old Barn by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site.

2-room apartment/south balcony on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 minutes' walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 minutes to the Syltness Center/spa center, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
