ATTENTION: at the moment we have a sight restriction through an emergency staircase. Studio apartment in the spa center of Westerland. The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

Beautiful 3-room apartment with garden, approx. 70 sqm in Morsum, completely renovated with south-facing terrace and garden, open kitchen-living room, fully equipped. Living room, hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with windows, terrace and garden. High-quality equipment, including baby bed, children's high chair, bathtub, washing machine and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, 4-burner stove, cable TV, WiFi, gas grill and piano. 5 minutes walk from the train station and the sea, max. 1 dog welcome!

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Perfect for 2: bedroom with double bed and living area with kitchenette, dining area and couch comfort. New bath in 2024. A cozy retreat on the beautiful island of Sylt :)

Holiday apartment in holiday center with pools, fitness etc.

Lovely apartment in holiday center, kitchen/family room and 2 bedrooms. Note one room is small and with a curtain. Access to pools (indoor and outdoor) - Fitness - Beach volleyball - Soccer field - Table tennis - 2 large playgrounds, one with bouncy pillow - Petanque - Tennis - Miniature golf - Playroom - Laundry. Some of the things for a fee. One room is with a curtain.

Beautiful 2-room apartment

Comfortable, comfortably furnished and freshly renovated apartment for 2-3 people in the heart of Sylt. This is an apartment on the 1st floor. Quiet and close to the beach ( about 500 m to the beach) and a good transport connection by bus and city bus. A beautiful garden with beach chairs, barbecue area, pond and sitting or breakfast corners invites you to linger.

Central beachfront apartment with balcony

The "Haus am Meer" is, as the name suggests, directly on the beach of Westerland between the two pedestrian zones. The apartment is located on the 5th floor to the east side. The view goes over the city. You can look up to the church of St. Severin in Keitum and up to the Rantum Basin. Behind the house - on the west side - is the beach and the spa promenade.
