The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m in the living room for 2 people. The small garden can be reached via the terrace. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven/microwave, Senseo coffee maker. The property is about 3 km from Westerland and the beach. However, these can be reached quickly and free of charge by bus. There is a bicycle rental nearby and there are various shopping opportunities.

The pedestrian area is about a 8-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
