From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our vintage apartment Klara in the Urli House is lovingly furnished in a mix of old and new furniture. It offers space for a couple (possibly with a child). There is also a bathroom and a kitchen. Free parking around the house, storage facilities for bicycles or pedelecs. In addition, many bike contests, World Cup races or the well-known Albstadt Bike Marathon are held nearby. In winter, there are many opportunities for winter sports in the vicinity, depending on the snow conditions.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Vacation apartment "House Elfi" in Hausen am Tann is a great destination for a vacation with mountain view. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with an upholstered bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Cosy 70 sqm attic apartment in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Oberes Donautal Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also stop for climbing; the shovel slope is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There's plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.
