For the lover of peace and space. In the middle of the beautiful scenic landscape of the Westerkwartier is our farmhouse. We rent out the old chicken shed as a Bed and Breakfast. In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

Kom heerlijk tot rust in ons nieuwe ' luxe tiny house'! In lieflijk Eexterveen aan de rand van de Hondsrug ben je er echt even uit en is alles om er op uit te gaan dichtbij! In de omgeving vind je de mogelijkheid voor veel activiteiten zoals natuur, wandelen, zwemmen, kanovaren, vissen, golfen, paardrijden, museumbezoek, winkel en horeca bezoek, steden, fietsen en minigolf. Bekijk hiervoor zeker ook de reisgids. Wij, Nathanael, Pauline, Grace (5) en Sarelie (0) heten je van harte welkom!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

De ruimte is ook geschikt voor ongestoord studeren en/of werken, in volledige privacy. Vanuit het keukenraam heeft u weids uitzicht over de tuin en Friese akkers.

Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve ‘Ae's Woudbloem’ and you can find many wonderful cycling/hiking tours. In addition, from the cottage you have a beautiful view of Gronings and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away with peace and quiet. Here in quiet Frisian Rohel you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and hiking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace on the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you don't hear anything at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

In Dwingelderveld National Park, a beautiful area for walking and cycling.

Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. You'll find us in Eemster, just 3km from Dwingeloo, at a quiet road nearby 3 large naturereserves. Biketours and hikes starts from the house. Aldo and i hope to see and welcome you!
