Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

XL Tiny house in Pieterburen. Close to the world heritage nature reserve, the Wadden Sea. National park Lauwersmeer, national park Drents Friese wold, national park Drentse A. Read a book, run, knit, spin a record or listen to the silence, the birds or each other. You sleep in the master bedroom or in a cozy bedstee or on the loft. On request/for an additional fee, you can use the wood-fired pizza oven and/or hot tub in your private garden! Welcome! Also nice, we work almost purely Ecologically!

Authentic home in beautiful village in Groningen!

We are pleased to offer this distinctive property in Warffum. Take it easy and enjoy the still undiscovered wide Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. There are many beautiful, authentic villages in the area, and the endless polders and the bird-rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

Gypsywagon, at microroastery The Half Ambt

Come stay in our gypsywagon, on the edge of our oasis in the far north of Netherlands. You walk to the wagon cross our small estate, at the end of dead end road. You ll find peace and quiet and when it gets dark it really gets dark: official Dark Sky area! Amenities are shared with campers elsewhere in the estate. You ll find a outdoor kitchen nearby, hot shower and toilet 100 yards further in the Barn, next to a small coffee roastery. There is a €15 surcharge if you need sheets and towels....

De Meeuw

Our biggest Pipo trailer, De Meeuw! ’In the evening, we’ll have everything ready for a cosy campfire, and afterwards, you’ll enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in complete silence under a true ‘Dark Sky’. The caravan has electricity and can accommodate two to four people (sofa bed). You will find the bathroom in this part of the farm. There is no Wi-Fi. Please book breakfast separately. And don't feel like cooking?
We'll be delighted to prepare a delicious meal for you and bring it to De Meeuw!

Chalet de Zeemeeuw

From the chalet de Zeemeeuw, you have a view of the seawall and the countryside. Over a farm path it is 1.5 km to the dike, there are the salt marshes and under the guidance of a guide you can walk on the mudflats. Groningen is half an hour's drive away. The chalet is next to our arable farm just outside Pieterburen. PEACE, SPACE and VIEWS are the keywords. Kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A terrace with furniture and a parasol. Possibly a washing machine to use.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Unique vacation home with sauna

We would like to share this special house in a fairytale garden with others. The house is tastefully decorated in art deco and is equipped with all the comforts. Also, in addition to the sauna, the house has a large covered terrace and a garden of 700 m². In the forest, summer cooling is the 15-meter-long pond and the view of the Waddenzee dike. From July to September, fruit can be picked in the garden. We offer a unique location with a lot of privacy to unwind.

Mudflat walker

Our chalet is close to the Wadden Coast, in the middle of the farmland. You have beautiful views to the south, the deer occasionally walk in front of the window. Our small farmhouse is next to the chalet, so we can receive you personally, but you have your own privacy. In principle, the chalet is for 2 people, but there is a small extra bedroom with a bed of 1.90 by 0.80 m. The outdoor seating area is on the east, but you can of course also visit another place.

6-person house near Eemshaven, Employees/Rest Location

Near the industrial site Eemshaven, the spacious 6 pers. house is mainly suitable for resting after a long day of work! House has been rented for a year now to the full satisfaction of the employees. The house is equipped with TV, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and offers enough space to stay alone or with several employees at the same time. The house also has a nice garden to enjoy the beautiful views over the Gr. landscapes.
