Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Enjoy the tranquillity of the Groningen countryside with views of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained living unit measuring 2.5 m x 5 m, built from repurposed materials. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.

Gerne auch Handwerker/Monteure! Das alte Haus und somit auch die 3 Wohnungen wurden komplett kernsaniert /renoviert und sind im Jahr 2025 fertig für die Vermietung geworden. Das Haus Wattwurm liegt in bester Emder Innenstadtlage und somit ist man schnell am Delft/Hafen und den umliegenden Geschäften. Neben dem Haus ist ein großer Parkplatz (Kostenpflichtig) Die Wohnungen wurden in einem gemütlichen Stil eingerichtet und sind Kinderfreundlich. 😊
