We are pleased to offer this distinctive property in Warffum. Take it easy and enjoy the still undiscovered wide Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. There are many beautiful, authentic villages in the area, and the endless polders and the bird-rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. We rent out our complete bed and breakfast per week, midweek and weekend. This property is located in the picturesque center of Winsum, close to Lauwersoog (for a day trip to Schiermonnikoog), Groningen, Delfzijl, and the Hogeland region with its many attractions. With a family or group of friends, you can have a very enjoyable and unique vacation. There are made-up beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a lovely private garden. A kitchen, outdoor kitchen, or living room is available upon request.

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
