The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.

A perfect position for exploring Hunter Valley and Newcastle. 1 bedroom small self-contained unit attached to our house but with separate outside entrance (5 stairs up, see photos). Shared driveway. Price for 3 people ($10 extra per night for additional guests over 16 years old). Pets accepted on request but no fenced yard. Non smoking accommodation.
