Bei uns können Sie nicht nur ihre Ferien, sondern auch ihren Geschäftsaufenthalt genießen. Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag ist unsere Wohnung der ideale Ort , um zu entspannen. Die touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlosspark, sowie die Fußgängerzone mit ihren zahlreichen Geschäften und Gaststätten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

In the middle of the sports community of Heddesheim is the lovingly renovated, spacious apartment for 1-7 people on the upper floor of our former farmhouse. You will find "4 bedrooms" (see pictures), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen with spacious dining area, as well as a living room and a large lounge area in the former granary for playing, listening to music, reading and chilling. A washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cribs are provided.

Basement apartment has its own entrance, access via main staircase. 32 m² apartment is beautifully cut, everything newly renovated. Small fridge, coffee, kettle, dishes, etc. are available, NO KITCHEN. A separate, shared laundry room is available. In 3 minutes' walk you can reach a supermarket, 3 bakeries, a kiosk, a bank, a bus stop, a field, a forest, etc. Connection to Mannheim, Weinheim. Lovingly and high-quality furnished, the Alte Backhaus offers modern comfort in historic walls. You will stay in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants and pedestrian zone are only one minute away. In 20 minutes by car you are in Heidelberg or Mannheim. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs and that's why your furry friend is welcome with us. We are happy to give walking tips nearby.

You can walk to shopping, restaurants and cafes. Unique hiking trails and mountain bike trails invite you to experience nature and sports activities.

With very good transport connections by car and train, the hotel is located in the center of the region and with the nearby Rhine-Neckar center also offers an additional plus for shopping! The shopping center is 200m from the hotel and offers many possibilities.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg).
