With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger. After the extensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been extensively renovated, partly newly designed and newly furnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a massage shower. Flat screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are self-evident as well as the free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the clear light and the tranquility! From January 1, 2022, you will pay an additional 5 francs per person over 12 years and overnight stay for the guest card, which includes many goodies such as free public transport, among other things.
