Quietly located, bright 4 1/2 room apartment in a central, sunny location. Separate garage, three bedrooms, 4 box spring beds, linen bedding, well-equipped small kitchen, cozy living room, covered balcony. Rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Engadine mountains (only limited use possible.) Sports bus and cross-country ski trail are a two-minute walk away. A spa and a variety of shopping facilities are a 5-minute walk away. No pets. Smoking allowed only on the terrace. Tourist tax not included.

New, well-equipped studio apartment (31.5 m²) with magnificent south view in the middle ground floor of a detached house in Scuol in a quiet, sunny location for 2-3 people. Private parking, entrance, furnished seating with grill and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes' walk to the mountain railways and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn!

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with decorative pillows. Soft linens are neatly arranged on the bed, while a small window allows natural light to enter, highlighting the rustic wooden wall accents.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The house is located between the village square and the church, very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the first floor is for 2 people. Central heating is available. The stove in the Stüva can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen with full equipment, 4 people can sit comfortably at the table. From the adjoining veranda there is a beautiful view to the south into the mountains.
