The center of Scuol, the valley station of the cable cars and the train station are about a 10-minute walk away. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20.- per week) just a few steps away from the house. Ground floor : In the living room renovated and newly furnished in 2014 with beautiful veranda with exit to the spacious patio with table tennis table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric bonfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly created in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor : In the 2015 newly furnished bedroom (1 x double bedroom with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). The flat is ideal for trekking and walking lovers: the landscape is breathtaking and there are many paths starting nearby. It is suitable for couples or families with children, but also for a group of friends.
