When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

There is a beautiful footpath/cycle path after Wasserburg village. The 1-room apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach café is within easy walking distance.
