The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

We offer you a Studio on the Reeuwijkse lakes. Beautifully styled. It is a detached cottage, on a nursery, with a rural view of the lake. You can sail with the canoe and the rowboat. And of course, you can swim and fish. You can also enjoy hiking and biking in the beautiful nature. Furthermore, the cottage is a good place to make trips to Gouda and The Hague/Rotterdam, even Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses.
