The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. Only 15 min. to the beach of Scheveningen since the tram stops nearby. The small studio (24m2) is located on the ground floor with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, comfortable bed, private bathroom and kitchen incl. all basic kitchen supplies.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.
