Historic City Center Apartment in Vogelenbuurt

Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. In case of any questions or doubts; don't hesitate to send us a message. Note: This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud group of people. Please have a party in the city or stay elsewhere. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

A Mexican/Frida Kahlo inspired, pet and child friendly and cozy apartment in the heart of Zeist with a unique city garden. Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

The guesthouse has a bedroom with a double bed, a seating area and stunning views of the garden and surrounding greenery. Light and spacious apartment (50 m2), in the heart of Utrecht. Admire the medieval orphanage gate from your bed. Or do you prefer a skyline of red roof tiles? The two rooms and central kitchen are separated by sliding doors, so you can make one big space of the apartment with windows on three sides and in the ceiling. Everything in walking distance: Central train station 10 minutes, Dom tower 6 , Oude Gracht 2, funshopping 4, cinema 2 and Miffy museum 10 min.

Central spacious apartment with garden and terrace

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Cozy floor on the edge of the city center.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old mansion. The top floor has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort to be rented as an apartment. Via a common staircase you reach the apartment, which can be described as cozy, using beautiful materials, attention to detail and especially comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

This beautiful 14th century wharf cellar (110 m2) is located on the Oudegracht, in the heart of Utrecht. Although the location is underground, this quiet basement has plenty of daylight. You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available. Spacious, cosy ground floor studio, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and with a wonderful sunny private flower garden. The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street.
