Our house is centrally located but quiet in the beautiful Meersburg. This is a new row row house with a garden. The property is about 240m2. From the house you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the lake, there is the outdoor swimming pool, the spa, sauna as well as a beautiful sunbathing lawn. For walking or jogging like cycling, you can go to the vineyards or to the lake. The house has a parking space. A supermarket such as a bakery is within walking distance within 3-5 minutes, as is a snack bar.

"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 1950s. The semi-detached house is completely renovated, equipped with a contemporary bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 2 more guests can stay on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house.
