The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Der durchgehend beschilderte Bodensee-Radweg, als einer der beliebtesten Radwege Europas führt rund 260 Kilometer entlang des Seeufers. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege für Naturliebhaber oder als Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Bodensee wie Meersburg, Konstanz, Pfahlbauten, Bregenzer Festspiele, Insel Mainau, uvm.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Kompostklo, Grillplatz. Unser Wohnhaus und Parkplatz sind ca 100 m entfernt. Baden im See möglich, ein altes Surfbrett steht zur freien Verfügung.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
