Beautiful modern & spacious 4 bedroom country home

Enjoy Gower with the whole family and/or friends at this newly refurbished stylish country house - nearly everything is brand new. It sleeps 8 adults with an extra day bed that can accommodate an extra 2 guests for an additional supplement, which is ideal for families with children. There are several reception rooms and a large garden. The cottage is ideally positioned to explore Gower and it's lovely beaches, walks and bike rides. There is also a children’s park and a lovely pub in the village.

Stylish Full House With a Private Garden & Patio

This lovely modern 3 bed house is located in a quiet residential area close to the City Centre with in reach to swansea beach,mumbles &our beautiful marina which has pubs &restaurants &fantastic Night life. It is also a short drive to all other beaches. The kitchen leading to a Private Patio, with extras, A mini basketball court with also a dartboard,mini Gym is not available.the house also has,( WiFi Fibre)SKY TV & Netflix available.(Private parking with CCTV cameras pointing on the driver way)

Romantic home a few minutes from the seafront.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Entire Cottage - Beautiful Fishermans Cottage

Set in a perfect coastal location, a few minutes walk to the beach and the heart of Mumbles village, with its many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and miles of beautiful coastline and walks. The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Cosy 2 bed house in a great location. The house is close to all amenities including the city centre, Swansea university, the Gower, Mumbles, Singleton hospital, the parks and more. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap.
