In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.
