Il costo comprende le pulizie. La zona è elegante e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro, vicino all'ospedale e all'università. Sul campanello suonare PERSIC. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano. È stato da poco completamente ristrutturato, bagno e cucina sono nuovi. L' arredo è moderno. C'è un lettino smontabile per bambini. Al piano interrato c'è un piccolo garage, ma non è difficile trovare parcheggio subito fuori casa. C'è un bel giardino comune e una terrazza.

Our house, VILLA PIERA, is located in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro a few steps from the center and the sea, the area is however quiet. The apartment is equipped with modern furnishings, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, wi-fi, bathroom with window and shower, terrace and parking. The washing machine is located in a shared space. Parking is not always on the property. My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife and public transport.
