Prestigious barn_ with a contemporary twist

This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

a special house

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

Il costo comprende le pulizie. La zona è elegante e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro, vicino all'ospedale e all'università. Sul campanello suonare PERSIC. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano. È stato da poco completamente ristrutturato, bagno e cucina sono nuovi. L' arredo è moderno. C'è un lettino smontabile per bambini. Al piano interrato c'è un piccolo garage, ma non è difficile trovare parcheggio subito fuori casa. C'è un bel giardino comune e una terrazza.
