Welcome to the apartment, I'm Sara and I will be your Host. The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, a few steps from Piazza San Giacomo, Piazza Libertà and Piazza I Maggio. You will find 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with all comforts and a parking space in a private garage 200 mt away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops for shopping, everything that makes your stay in the center of Udine simple and hassle-free.

Appartamento moderno situato in uno stabile che nel 700' ospitava gli uffici della banca nell'antico ghetto ebraico di Gorizia. Offre una spaziosa cucina collegata direttamente al salotto, una camera matrimoniale, una doppia e due bagni di cui uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia. Si accede direttamente dalla terrazza privata affacciata sul cortile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e tutti i siti più belli della città a piedi ed il capolinea dei bus urbani è a soli 5 minuti.

Il costo comprende le pulizie. La zona è elegante e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro, vicino all'ospedale e all'università. Sul campanello suonare PERSIC. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano. È stato da poco completamente ristrutturato, bagno e cucina sono nuovi. L' arredo è moderno. C'è un lettino smontabile per bambini. Al piano interrato c'è un piccolo garage, ma non è difficile trovare parcheggio subito fuori casa. C'è un bel giardino comune e una terrazza.

The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
