House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Parking spaces are available, but the apartment is not barrier-free. Perfectly accessible from the highway. Experience pure Bavarian nature!

Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.

The house entrance and the stairwell are shared. The apartment itself is a self-contained, private space with its own bathroom and balcony. Apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment is located 8 minutes on foot from the shore of Lake Chiemsee in Übersee-Feldwies.
