Umgeben von alten Bäumen befindet sich die ehemalige Remise, angrenzend an unsere 140 Jahre alte Villa im schönen Übersee am Chiemsee. Das stilvolle, mit antiken Möbeln und Bildern eingerichtete kleine Maisonette bietet Platz für zwei Personen.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.
