Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. Cozy and family-friendly attic apartment

My place is centrally located, "Neue Mitte," in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station. The lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Within 150 meters, there are various shopping facilities. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. The attic apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 combined kitchen/living room with 1 sofa bed.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

IM BLAUEN HÄUSLE - Ferienwohnungen is a small charming old town house in Überlingen, just a few minutes from Lake Constance. Behind our small inconspicuous entrance door in the historic "Überlinger-Dorf" hides an angled treasure chest. In the former winemaker's house from the 16th century with sandstone, plank floor and roof beams, we welcome our guests with private rooms (without breakfast). My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment directly on Lake Constance.

The 80 sqm 3-room holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the Old Town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse with views of the museum garden and the lake.
