Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space (no. 6) directly in front of the apartment is also included.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Our apartment is right by the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, right on the Lake Constance cycle path. Everyday shops, the train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are just a few minutes' walk away. The trade fair is 4 km away. With a private car parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room and air conditioning.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Walk to the lake in your bathing suit in the morning and swim a little, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day at the beach 2 minutes away. The 80 sqm 3-room holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the Old Town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse with views of the museum garden and the lake.
