(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. The house is contemporary in design with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy verandas, 1 of which has a wood stove. The bathroom with a rain shower is experienced by guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, there is a king-size double bed and a good single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!

Adjacent to nature reserve Mantingerveld is our spacious, cozy cottage for 10-12 people on a small villa park. There is a large garden with rural canopy and a view of the pond. From our house you can directly walk and cycle along old paths or visit, for example, The Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or take the Drenthe Brocanteroute. At 600m there is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a great kitchen.
