Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. Also check out Vakantieinhellendoorn or bedandbreakfast.

Detached "Gastenverblijf Pleegste" with veranda

Gastenverblijf Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a porch equipped with a wood-burning stove. You look out over the meadows. With its own private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room (with central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils) and a double box spring bed. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. Sometimes it is possible to book 1 night in the off-season.

Whether you come alone or together! Skier Twente is located on the property of a farm of my in-laws, with unobstructed views (the road in front of the cottage belongs to the farm). The large windows make Skier Twente special, the binoculars are ready for you!

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Cozy chalet in the middle of nature

Cozy chalet on the Heide Flood estate in the middle of the Achterhoek, surrounded by forest, heath and meadows. This unique chalet for two people is the perfect place to unwind. It is modernly designed and equipped with every every comfort (incl. dishwasher). From the chalet you walk or cycle through the woods to Slangenburg Castle for a delicious cup of coffee. Highly recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers. Doetinchem is 7 km away for cozy shopping and nice restaurants.

Just get away from it all, catch your breath, hike, bike in a quiet area. Enjoy the tranquility and space in and around the Atelier GewoonDoennn. The room features a fully equipped kitchen. There is a pocket spring sofa bed that can be made into two single or one double bed. Bath towels and bedding are provided. In the garden, a few different seating areas have been created. Cost of using the sauna is €20 for 4 hours. A sound massage in the yurt can be booked, €60 per session.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Comfortable chalet Veluwe with forest view (No. 94)

This cozy chalet is located on the edge of a quiet, green and small-scale park with charming cottages, surrounded by the nature of the Veluwe. Awaken to birdsong and spot squirrels in the garden. In front of the chalet runs a path with only destination traffic. Walk or bike up the woods and heath directly from the park. Visit the Hanseatic cities of Hattem, Zwolle or Kampen. Restaurants are 4km away. A nice place for those looking for peace, nature and comfort.

Erve Mollinkwoner

A tiny house in a former beer brewery. Situated on a cheese farm on the Twickel estate. This small cottage has all the comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen. TV and WiFi available. Breakfast possible after contact. The cottage has its own terrace with a fenced garden where you can enjoy the beautiful free view over the meadows in peace and quiet. Also there is a cobb BBQ available to prepare a nice meal outside in good weather.
