Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our property of 4.5 hectares. The view is beautiful and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Enjoy the countryside in the beautiful IJssel valley! Located between Zutphen and Deventer, our area offers many beautiful cycling and walking routes. With us you will stay in a private cozy apartment with a spacious terrace, a large garden and views of a small water with the next nesting storks. Hoeve Aldenhof is located in the National Park De Maasduinen and is part of the Bleijenbeek estate. The loft is located on the upper floor of the farmhouse. You have views of the castle ruin and the meandering Eckeltse creek from the loft. With any luck, you'll see a beaver or das go by early. Walk, bike, golf or eat to your heart's content in/out of nature. And above all, take a break back to this unique, soothing spot.
