Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Scarlino is the ideal place to spend a holiday without the typical hustle and bustle of turistic places. In the heart of this beautiful town, we propose a beautiful studio apartment with a garden, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, because who wants to do the dishes on vacation? The accommodation is located on a country farm, a 5-minute drive from the center of Volterra. After Porta Diana, take a short stretch of the Municipal road of S. Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

Very cozy apartment with large living room-kitchen overlooking the garden and a bedroom with bathroom. The two-room apartment occupies the ground floor of the house, has an independent entrance and garden for private use. Very beautiful and well-kept hilly area, not far from the sea, which offers beautiful walks, trips to cities rich in art and history, food and wine tours in all seasons.

San Rocco Farm apt. 2

We are in the Tuscan Maremma, in a olive trees plantation, immersed in peace and silence. Far 12 km from the sea and 3 km from Massa Marittima. The suite is completely furnished: you'll have a kitchen totally functional, a new bathroom, linen, and a porch if you want to eat en plain air. The porch is just in front of the swimming pool. At night, you can see the stars as you rarely can.
