Villetta Il Cubo is a five-minute walk to the sea

Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.
