Villa with private descent to the sea Castiglioncello

Independent villa surrounded by lush greenery, with private access to the sea. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

La Loggetta, authentic Tuscany

In the small and charming village of Canonica, between Colle di Val d'Elsa and Casole d'Elsa, the Loggetta is an apartment designed to offer a welcoming and relaxing stay. The village, founded in 1047, was once the farm of the Diocese of Volterra and, over the centuries, became an important stop for pilgrims on the Via Francigena. Ideal for a romantic weekend for couples or a pleasant week with the family, the Loggetta is immersed in art, nature and history.

The apartment "Oliveto" represents the essence of the Tuscan arcipelago park. It is in fact surrounded by olive trees and in the gardens you can find different types of fruits. At the same time it sits on the mountain underneath the village of Capoliveri, providing beautiful views and at the same time every kind of confort needed. It in fact less than one kilometers away from the village and from the two nearby beaches "Zuccale" and "Barabarca".

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
