Welcome to our sunny rooftop loft & terrace. We offer a one bedroom flat, with kitchen and sitting room, writing desk and a gorgeous terrace with plants blossoming outside. Wake up to views over Vesuvius and have your morning coffee looking out to the Sorrento Penisula. We live in the apartment next door but there is also your own seating area on the terrace that we do not use though one window from our flat faces the terrace.. This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

The structure consists of two suites with living room / sofa bed, coffee table and fridge corner, and a double bedroom with a small table and fridge corner. All three solutions have an internal bathroom for exclusive use. From the entrance, a corridor leads to three completely independent bedrooms. This is a Guest House.
