It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our cottage is located in the Birkenhain holiday settlement on the edge of the seaside resort of Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. Surrounded by a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate , invisible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
