Peace, good air and wonderful nature

Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

Der Bungalow ist freistehend und mit einer eigenen Terrasse ausgestattet. Er befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem großen familienfreundlichen Gelände. Er wurde kürzlich saniert und bietet u.a. eine neue Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bettwäsche kann kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden. Die ortsübliche Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Strom wird separat abgerechnet (0,60 €/kWh).

The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared garden. The property is located just 500 m from a small grocery shop and a bus stop.

Renovated at the start of the year, the bungalow offers two separate bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer. You'll find all essentials for cooking or baking. The living and dining area is comfortable and practical.

It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

In the quiet and peaceful place, you will discover untouched nature and fantastic views. The privately managed house has four apartments and a bungalow as well as a shared sauna, which is popular with our guests especially in winter and on cold days.

Pinnow liegt 5 km vor der Insel Usedom (25 min mit dem Auto zum Ostsee-Strand). Im Ort befinden sich eine Gaststätte, und der große Badesee. Die Umgebung kann man auf den Radwegen in Ruhe erkunden. Der Bungalow hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein 2. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche , Bad mit WC und Dusche. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See .

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.

Unsere Bay Cabin ist ein Bungalow aus den Sixties, den wir gerade modernisiert haben, ideal für Einzelreisende oder Paare. Er liegt idyllisch auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück gleich neben dem Altwarper Badestrand, nur etwa 100 Meter vom Wasser entfernt.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
